EQUAIS is a small, senior team working with mid-management teams across Europe. If you would rather build the structure than just talk about it, we should meet. Below are our open roles and a way in, even if none of them fit yet.
Why EQUAIS

We are a Munich-based leadership development company working with organisations across Europe. Our whole premise is that most teams are already more capable than their structure lets them show, and that applies to us too.
That means real ownership early, direct client exposure from day one, and a team small enough that your work is visible, to clients and to each other.
