Workshop Facilitator, EQUAIS
Across EuropeFreelance, per engagementIn-person & virtual
Company Description
EQUAIS partners with organizations to unlock the full potential of their existing talent by strengthening leadership, team alignment, and execution. We focus on the everyday decisions that drive performance, helping teams operate more consistently and turn information into effective action. Working across five core pillars, from leadership behavior and culture to systems, accountability, and the business impact of people decisions, we enable clearer decisions, stronger ownership, and better outcomes. Our objective is to help organizations achieve better performance through stronger alignment, without relying solely on new hires.
Role Description
The Workshop Facilitator will deliver EQUAIS workshops for leadership and mid-management teams across Europe, drawing from our catalogue of programmes including Build a Team Like NASA, Leadership in Uncertain Times, and other titles as the catalogue grows.
This is a freelance, per-engagement role, with facilitators booked for specific workshops based on client scheduling, availability, and fit. We are actively booking sessions for the second half of the year, so this is a role with live client engagements from the outset, not a standing bench position.
Day to Day
What you’ll actually be doing
Prepare thoroughly
Work from EQUAIS trainer briefs and workshop materials to prepare for each assigned session.
Deliver & adapt
Run interactive, in-person or virtual workshops for mid-management groups, adapting your facilitation style to the specific group and organizational context.
Close the loop
Gather and relay participant feedback after each session, and work with the EQUAIS founder on adjustments before repeat deliveries.
Co-facilitate when needed
Some sessions may involve co-facilitation or handoff from another trainer, depending on the workshop and client.
Proven experience facilitating leadership, team development, or organizational psychology workshops for corporate audiences, ideally at the mid-management level.
Strong group facilitation skills, able to hold a room, manage group dynamics, and adapt in real time to participant needs.
Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual sessions.
A background in leadership coaching, organizational psychology, HR, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Prior experience with corporate clients in aerospace, technology, or professional services is an advantage, given EQUAIS’s current client base.
Fluent English required. Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus, given the range of client geographies across Europe.
Available for occasional travel to client locations across Europe.
Comfortable working on a freelance, per engagement basis with variable scheduling.
