Role Description
The Content and Brand Lead will shape how EQUAIS shows up publicly, across LinkedIn, case studies, workshop materials, and the website. This is a freelance engagement of approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility on when those hours are worked and where the person is based, working closely with the founder to translate EQUAIS methodology into content that reflects the brand’s voice and current momentum.
We are actively booking workshops for the second half of the year, so this role starts at a time when there is real material to work with, including live client conversations, upcoming speaking engagements, and a growing workshop catalogue.
Day to Day
What you’ll actually be doing
LinkedIn & visibility
Plan and write LinkedIn content that builds visibility for both the founder and the EQUAIS brand.
Case studies & proof
Develop case studies and testimonials from delivered workshops as real material becomes available.
Website & workshop copy
Refine website copy and workshop pages for clarity and consistency, and support the written and visual materials used inside workshops themselves.
Brand voice & calendar
Keep a consistent voice across every touchpoint, from cold outreach templates to speaker proposal decks, and propose a content calendar that keeps EQUAIS visible between active sales cycles.
Qualifications
Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, or brand marketing, ideally for a B2B consulting, coaching, or professional services business.
Strong writing skills in English, able to translate technical or conceptual material, such as leadership and organizational development frameworks, into clear, resonant content.
Experience building LinkedIn content strategy for a founder or executive personal brand, not only a company page.
Comfort working with limited existing brand assets and building structure and consistency from an early stage.
Familiarity with website content management, ideally WordPress
Some understanding of or interest in leadership development, organizational psychology, or DEI-adjacent content is an advantage, though not required.
